Inconsistent performance from one device to the next; same brand, different models. I even checked permissions settings to rule that out as the culprit. Contacts can't be found using search even though they're in the alphabetical list. And "Sync" consistently throws up an error message telling me that it's unavailable no matter what I do to troubleshoot. Everything except for contacts syncs just fine.

I like the way the contacts are set up and stored. My issue is when I transferred my contacts over to the phone initially, it deleeted over half of the contacts and would not let me reimport the ones that were missing. Months later, after a phone update it just randomly deleted more of my contacts. So foe it hasn't been the best but certainly not the worst either.

This app has gone worse! I hate it. I had custom description for certain numbers under one contact, after the update, every description reverted to either "Home" or "Mobile" so I will have 3 homes under one contact!!!!! Why the screw up? Worse than this, there is no customer support! and even worse, we have to use it! I really really really hate it, I have lost all my info and it will be very hard to get back my info (each contact description). Why did google do that? is it easier for them? all my contacts are screwed up!

Hii, I have been having a problem with this application from the last few days. When someone call me thats time ringtone start but on the display reply and deny options are shown, The callers ID(Name and number of the caller) is not show. That time when I scroll down the notifications page so that the caller ID (name and number of the caller) is shown in the notifications bar. So please resolve this issue immediately as I can't see the caller ID (name and number of the caller) at the time

You can't even choose to send SMS to a contact from the call history log. My old HTC even gave option to send message or call via apps like WhatsApp, Telegram etc. There's a lack of integration with other phone functions. Doesn't give easy option to open a contact's details. You have to go to the list, open a contact then edit. My 5 years old HTC gave all the options with a tap and hold at a call log.

Stupid matter, when i want to remove contacts that i don' t want in my phone any more, when i shut phone off,and turn it back on those contacts reappear. Why!? Why it must sync with some drive, why can' t i keep them in phone, and remove or plant them as i prefer!?
