A month or two ago, WAB suddenly logged me out and no matter what I tried, it wouldn't let me back in on this phone. I ended up logging into my account via an old phone and used linked devices to connect to the account from my new phone. Two days ago, old phone's screen completely trashed and today, I was logged out of the linked devices. I did receive the phone call to verify my account, but it hung up as soon as I answered and that was it. No texts have come through. Please assist me, thanks.

This app has been working great for me and my business until a few days ago it closed the app suddenly and it keeps telling me that there is a bug that the developers need to fix and also that the cache is full. I cleared the cache so many times, restarted and did so much troubleshooting but I am still not able to use the whatsapp. Once I open it it closes within a few seconds and the same error populates. Please help with resolving this matter. Thank you.

This new feature is one of the worst I've ever seen in my life. So bad, there are many things needed to be fixed 1. can't view all status at once like before 2. can't search a contact by name to see their status 3. can't create a channel 4. There is no back button when scrolling a status, and your own status become invisible. Example, assuming have 2000 contacts and I'm at number 2000 and needed to check my own status, Need to scroll back the whole 2000 🥹😭that's annoying 😔

"you may have new whatsapp business messages", but no messages. I open a certain contacts, another opens up. Voicenotes, texts, pics are a nightmare to open, it's a struggle to try and answer either video or voice calls. My video uploads are restricted to 30 seconds. Why? My clients think that I'm ignoring them because my messages get through hours later and I'm never notified of calls. Why can't I download onto my laptop?

It takes almost 2 minutes to back up daily, no option to disable back up I chose never but still back up everyday. Back up progress stopped if the screen is not on. I'm in a hurry and the app is unusable when backing up, cannot tap anything. Great with that label feature. Faster search older chat. Able to identify duplicate image and video. Bad backup process. Hard to find sent image and video.

I like the app so much. I've been using this app for a couple of years now and trust me,, I enjoy every moment of it. The only problem I have now is; there's no navigation in the status. the search botton has been removed. sometimes, I find it difficult to send voice note, as it often come out silent Again,I don't think the channels part of the updates is necessary. we used to enjoy when we see statuses vertically. pls developers work on that
