While I appreciate the free service, it's hard to believe there are no scheduling, send delay or search. Voice-to-text is horrible and I'm always getting dropped. Tries to predict, rather than dictate. Now, I'm having on/off issues with Bluetooth. I can hear the caller, but they can't hear me… Only on Google Voice. Because of this I've been using another app with minimal permissions and does what Google Voice will not do. I will be uninstalling GV as soon as I get my contacts shifted over.

The app worked fine for a while, but then I stopped receiving incoming calls. I got the message of "Missed Call," but the phone never rang. I would spend my day returning calls and potentially losing clients because of it. None of the canned troubleshooting steps resolved it, either. The last thing I wanted to do was change the number; assuming that it would resolve the issue. This was a bad experience! BUT, their customer service team reached out and provided a resolution. Great job. 5 stars!

I have always used the voice app and starting sometime in early December it keeps hanging up calls and sometimes it won't even allow you to make an outgoing call. The calls vary with the duration they last before it hangs up. And sometimes they work fine no issues then all of a sudden it will just drop a call. I can be using mobile data or connected to stable wifi or even using the desktop version and this happens. Very unreliable to use at the moment. All help channels are of no help.

This is a great option to utilize for phone services, an emergency or backup number, or even a business line. Most recently, my Google voice isn't working on my desktop. I did all of the web searching online read /troubleshooting threads & everything possible including Reddit etc. I still cannot seem to figure out why I am not able to utilize Google Voice on my home computer. The call button is greyed out & no matter what I do, I am unable to make a call. That is the only negative takeaway.

Fantastic and VERY stable. Works just like it says on the wrapper (which is rare these days). Great option for a Private Line/ Second Line. Was a lifesaver for us when used as a "virtual line" while traveling abroad. Even tho we had pre- arranged international Cellular coverage, upon arrival, cell service didnt work. We were able to use Google Voice over (very sketchy & slow free public) WiFi in a remote location, to get the cell service sorted out. VOICE worked perfectly. SAVED our vacation!

I am running into an issue with my Galaxy z flip and the one UI 6.0 update. I can no longer take calls in the cover screen mode. All audio shuts off and the cover screen does not display anything. Update 1/8: Reinstalling the app doesn't work. From what I've researched on subreddit it appears to be a bug. The workaround is using carrier mode for dialing.
