Was using your product for a while. Pretty neat little thing. Would be nice to see shutter control. Much convenient to use the default camera app on the phone with post-processing and other benefits, rather than the one that built-in into Jacquard. A simple example, tap with a camera app open to take a picture. Also, one more feature you are missing out on. You can use the feature to make your phone to say things for you if a person has a disability and can't speak. This little thing can do.

Had a jacquard jacket for about a week now. So far been pretty much what I expected. It would be better if you could assign an assistant action to more than one gesture. Also would be cool to be able to make custom gestures to be able to do more than 4 things. I realize this was meant for bike or public transit commuters, I am neither. Might get more people on board if it had those features added. Unfortunately, it's probably only appealing to tech nerds like me.

Recently purchased have continuously tried to connect. Bluetooth connects without having to press button for three seconds to put in pairing mode and fails to communicate with app once inserted into jacket. Have reset device using the USB method listed and to no avail. The setup process seems relatively simple, yet has somehow managed to be a pain. Succeeded when deleting other Bluetooth headsets from Bluetooth pairing history not sure if that did the trick or I lucked out.

Purchased two jackets and I've spent several hours trying to set them up. Uninstalled, reinstalled, deleted, rebooted ... Constant failure. For clothing this expensive and technology this simple, setup should NOT be this problematic. Returning everything due to a time costly first impression. Expect a better experience from Google when it comes to emerging technology. If it doesn't work, don't launch it.

Works great, hoping for more abilities soon. People don't seem to realize that you can use it to do basically ANYTHING Google Assistant can do...control media volume, run Routines, etc. If you understand the capabilities of Google Assistant, you will be impressed by the capabilities of this app/device/jacket.

Good but needs an update to give more functions. Levi's jacket should have functions to adjust volume, use of finger to swipe sleeve to increase/decrease volume on spotify. Says no spotify compatibility but the software is actually compatible with spotify. Alot of potential to make further updates to add more functions.
