Great when it works, EXTREMELY DANGEROUS WHEN IT DOESN'T. DONT USE! Sometimes (maybe once a month) I find myself oversleeping, then finding a "Missed Alarm" notification. I have been monitoring and testing this for the last few years. What I noticed when this happens is that that the alarm does not ring at all, and instead instantly throws a "Missed Alarm" notification. There's no possible way to miss an alarm either because the alarm doesnt stop ringing unless you specifically turn it off.

Disabled this app as it is impossible to turn the alarm off from locked screen. The alarm rings, and there is a "swipe right to dismiss" message, but it doesn't work. You have to unlock the screen and then swipe down to see the notification and turn alarm off from there. Pain in the backside! I've tried installing another app, but this has the same issue - the problem is that the android screen lock is not compatible with a swipe to dismiss alarm. But both are designed by Google... Do better!

I've been using Clock for the past few years and have loved it especially since I can use music from YouTube Music as an alarm. What a pleasant beginning to my day. However recently when my alarm goes off I cannot snooze or dismiss the music. It had been quite frustrating. I have to go into YouTube Music to turn it off which first thing in the morning is quite an undertaking. So sad. I'm not using it right now.

I used to love this app but the alarm has stopped going off. I will pull down the notification and see the time is -___ and then suddenly the sound will do off. I have checked ever single setting even though non were changed at the time it stopped working. I kept thinking that it was me but clearly it is not. I have no idea how people are still giving any stars other than to say that they must never use the alarm. Ridiculous!

Can't use Google Routines, it doesn't save anything when you're done. Also, it should be more customizable for each alarm. My alarm to wake up should be able to have a different set volume than one for babysitting. You could have puzzle alarms to make it harder to just dismiss the alarm. You could have alarms color coded so you know the difference between alarms set for the same times. There are no widgets for alarms. A lot of improvement to be made with this app. It works, but there are flaws.

I used to love this app because of the soft wakeup and routine alarms, but ever since some kind of update or whatever, some of the alarms just don't go off??? That's pretty much the whole point of this app? I set a brand new alarm and it worked. I'm Uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if that helps. For now, I set backup alarms on the Samsung native clock app. Edit: Uninstalling and reinstalling worked for a while, but it stopped again. Unacceptable from such a huge player in the game.
