After the big update: this is better. But no 5 star yet sorry, the signal often disappeared completely for about 3-5 seconds and then appeared again somehow. For me as an online gamer this is BIG problem. 😢 Even my orbit pro is having this issue, so this is telkomsel network related problem.. because, this issue never happened on other provider that I use.. please telkomsel, I paid every month for your internet

I have installed and uninstall this app for more than 10 times and it still gives me the "unable to load" error. I tried using wifi or mobile connection and it still won't work. Fix the connection problem first before you start to spam my notification bar. It is the least you can do.

you should fix the bug first than doing ads, the only apps that makes not responding in my phone, so slow. i suddenly lost 13.000 even though i buy package using wifi, i just refresh this apps to check my purchase using my mobile data and i lost 13000, crazy!!! use your resource to fix this apps man instead of doing something useless

Instead of renewing the user interface over and over again try to be more focus on increasing the stability of the app. I've been having "system error" in the application for quite some time now, when I opened the app it often came up with "unable to load" message on the Home tab, needed a few refreshes 'till it can actually works. I know this is not my network problem, 'cause i'm actually using both stable Telkomsel 4G LTE and Indihome internet provider in the middle of big metropolitan city.

The only app that can cause my phone to freeze and force restart. Even with its own network provider, this apps are very slow and laggy. This app also force close other apps that work in background process. Remove your silly and unnecessary stuff like promotions and news and focus on essential services first. I don't care about aesthetic, what i care is when i want to check my balance/quota, and buying quota, i could do it in a matter of seconds. Response time is the only thing that matter to me

2020 now..for a week it i've tried but always display "something went wrong". refresh button not working..hope it'll get fixed soon! is it because this pandemic situation? if it is..you shud announce there on the apps..'cause we got no clue what is happening..once it get fixed i'll change my stars to 5 :) 2021 and i still cannot use the app..even when i have my connection excellent..what is happening??
