You can't uninstall it. You can't make it stop pinging you to turn it on. I have no desire to contact them to "make it better" I just want a way to make it go away and stop bothering me. The ONLY thing I don't like about my Tracfone is the 'Device Pulse' app. It is enough to make me consider a different phone provider. *Sleeping at 11PM? Device Pulse spams you, and wakes you up *Hiking far away from civilization, the only sound is nature? Device Pulse pings to remind you that you can't shut it off *Spouse in the ER, your waiting to find out if they are going live? Device Pulse spams you.

I have force stopped this app and disabled it's abilities and notifications and the damn thing still pops up with notifications at the strangest of times. The worst is of course when you're in bed sleeping and the damn thing goes off just to tell you that device pulse wants to run or whatever. Such a pointless and irritating application.

I just do not need this app taking space in my storage. I do not use it. Want to uninstall but theres no option to do so. Edit: 611 help is way too generic and theres no way to copy/paste the link in tracfone reply. Edit 6/29/21 notifications are turned off but i stil get a one telling me to launch this useless app all the time.

This app sends a notification every hour. It will not let me Uninstall it or at least let me turn off the notifications. I have no idea what it is. DO NOT DOWNLOAD you will be constantly harassed by it and will be unable to remove it. I hate how phones are more expensive now yet come with even more trash loaded on them then before as well. My phone has 4gb of ram and half is used by trash like this running in the background. It feels as though it isn't even my property since I can't choose apps.

Not sure what this app does, but I would uninstall it if I could. For now I've restricted the battery and turned off notifications. UPDATE I'm not going to chat with tracfone, I did it the first time round. I straight out asked them why tracfone didn't give an uninstall option and they couldn't answer. UPDATE 2 Sorry, you're wrong. This app cannot be disabled through phone settings. Now do you see why users resort to ADB?

I did not install this app. It Just installed itself. I want it off of my phone. I think it's a crime for this app to come up on the phone without your permission. And then you cannot uninstall. It's like they are taking over your phone and making you take this app when you don't want it. I raped this app as a zero
