This is the worst app I've ever had. It says I'm out of storage when I've literally deleted everything. Them it freezes my account because I'm "out of space". Then in order to view shared content in the app, I have to view from web because my account is frozen. To unfreeze it, I have to get a free trial that will cost me $99 If I don't cancel before. Do they make it easy to cancel, no! I don't see anywhere where it says to cancel my subscription. Microsoft is just money hungry. Google is better.

I love OneNote. It is like having a huge folder with all your data (home, office, other stuff) at hand. Usually for work, when I need to make a new procedure, I write, paste notes, include photos and in the end everything is there to prepare it! Also, certain forms that I need to fill up by hand, I keep them in OneNote and whenever it is necessary it is there, ready to be completed (for maintenance of infrastructure).

Ultra Useful ! Syncs quickly. It's convenient to access all my files from anywhere. With a robust PDF viewer with useful tools like annotation and highlighting. Best thing- Manageable locally from my PC. A notable issue is that I can't view .txt files in the app. It just shows a blurred image of a portion of the text when I click on it. To read the file, I need to download the file and then open it in another app. Why? Fix that.

Absolute GARBAGE. After years of use with no problems syncing photos/videos from SD Card, my app now tells me that it can't sync these files and to move them to internal storage. This nightmare is caused when you link your Samsung account with your OneDrive account. Unlinking is virtually impossible. Microsoft and Samsung managed to destroy my user experience and ease of uploading files automatically. This incompetence on their part is infuriating. I pay for this garbage but not for long.

This app is great. I love being able to pull up current versions of a document on my phone. And saving pictures to the cloud is great. I've lost many photos on old phones. Neither of these features are necessarily revolutionary, but they work super well, kind of like a butler keeping track of things and, if done properly (I've heard), you don't even notice.

Why is this app suddenly requiring people to sign in to Microsoft before they can view links shared? This annoying feature basically makes OneDrive the exact same as Dropbox or Google drive now. The only reason I used OneDrive over these others was for it's simple easy file sharing that anyone could view, and now it's no different than the others. It's a shame because it used to be set apart from it's competitors, now it's just as disappointing as everyone else's cloud storage.
