Hey Team Jio! I've been using the app since last few months and I've experienced some bugs in it. For example: I was trying to change my Postpaid Plan through "Non-security deposits" tab, after selecting the desired plan as soon as I used to touch on "Proceed", a blank screen popped up. I was not able to change it from the app despite of various attempts!! At the end of the day, I changed it from the official website. Please fix the bugs in the app!!

I made the payment for recharge and it showed transaction not successful and payment will be refunded in 5-7 working days. Made payment again and again same message displayed. But I was charged twice and after some time my both recharges becomes successful and I asked for refund of one transaction they declined. Very bad customer service support.

This app sucks data in background without notifying what its using on. Today I noticed my internet speedometer showing high data usage without me using any heavy data using app like Youtube or browser. So i checked where it was going, and to my surprise my 60% of daily data use was going to this app, which is roughly around 800mb. Thats even more than my YT usage. I dont know if its a scam for hogging up my plan so that imnforced to buy another.

I have been using Jio since September 2016. In it's earlier days it was working properly,net speed was good and so was the call connectivity. When I came to New Delhi, I realised this is the worst network. I wasn't able to send a message and browse the internet inside my house. Even to make a call, i have to go outside of my house. Please don't use Jio.

Yes this is worst sim card I have ever used. The service is a pandemic. Worst helpline , worst customer support. I have been currently filling a complaint for network problem in my area from last one and half year but they haven't resolve the problem...the network is still a big issue in my area...they always sincerely said that we are working on this but the truth is that they are making money that's all.

I'm from kerala circle, at the starting periods jio was excellent in my area with coverage and quality. but after few years they shows the same problems what I had experienced with other network operators. Now a days its f........ bad condition here. I cant use my any of the apps which needs internet properly even jio app. I made complaints many times but the results are same.They told me, its bcoz of many people using the same content at the same time that's y I experiencing the problem. #$%^%
