I hate this app. Have to open it, remember a code, go back to the page I am trying to log into, and enter the code within a few seconds. If your app freezes up you get timed out and have to reset passwords. Took me 15 minutes to log into work. It is the most inconvenient app and I am forced to use it for multiple platforms. What a pain. I can't wait until it's determined that this app is a waste of time and gets trashed.

This is absolute trash! I can not pull my phone out every time I need to use Word! I'm a college student and we are not allowed to have our phones (at all) while in class! What in the world!?! Unfortunately, the college made this setup a requirement in order to use their "free" access to Microsoft. Ugh, not worth it. Long story short, I deleted this app 20 minutes after I downloaded it. I'll find anther way. 😒👎

Good app, not perfectly wonderful because it can't find my saved passwords if they were saved at all. It's Microsoft & not user friendly in any part of the app or your account. It gets more difficult to update, find, & overall use. My experiences have been that they have an "I don't care attitude." You can only talk to a machine that doesn't understand ^/?#%÷@!

Stupid app. It's user unfriendly. It keeps requesting a passcode and never accepts the code. When it finally got past the first step it got hung up on the second verification. Third time's a charm, right? NOPE Requesting another passcode, but keeps running into an error. This app is stupid. I could not scan, so I had to type in this ridiculously long web address that was not recognized. When the scan was finally working, the computer kept giving an error message. I never got in - W/ TECH HELP

This app is stuck in an infinite password reset loop. I used this authenticator a few years ago on another phone. After reinstalling this app on my new Pixel I get prompted to rest the password. Ok, after doing that successfully the authenticator app asks me for the authenticator code (no joke). I then follow the link for "I don't have a code" and I get prompted to reset my password. I have no way out of this loop - what a disaster of a login process. I'm effectively locked out of my account.

Super inconvenient, no way to turn it off. It works as an authenticator but there is no way to turn it off if you don't want it. I do not care about authenticator for my Outlook work accounts and I have been ignoring the set up. Now to have an Outlook account you need an authenticator. Very annoying to have to pull out your phone over and over just to type in numbers every time you log in. Let me turn it off man 👎🗑️
