About this app

■「シンクコール」とは
「シンクコール」は、VoLTE (Voice over LTE) の高音質な音声通話サービスとLTEによる高速なデータ通信を同時に利用できる特徴を活かした、新たなコミュニケーションサービスです。
「シンクコール」を通じて、表示している画面のまま着信・通話できる「基本機能」と、スマートフォンの表示画面やカメラ映像、位置情報、手書きの文字や絵を通話中の相手とリアルタイムに共有できる「シンク機能」をお楽しみいただけます。

■「シンク機能」の使い方
・通話中に表示されるボール型のメニューをタッチすることで、4つのシンク機能「画面シンク」「カメラシンク」「位置シンク」「手書きシンク」を選択いただけます。
(1) 画面シンク
スマートフォンの画面および再生音を、通話相手と共有することができます。
(2) カメラシンク
カメラで映している映像を、リアルタイムに通話相手のスマートフォンの画面に表示することができます。
(3) 位置シンク
通話相手と、地図上でお互いの位置情報を共有することができます。
(4) 手書きシンク
お互いがスマートフォンの画面に書いた文字や絵を共有することができます。

■ご利用にあたって
・「シンク機能」は、通話中の相手がau VoLTE対応スマートフォン(1対1)の場合にご利用いただけます。
・最新の「シンク機能」をご利用いただくためには、本アプリに加えて「シンクコール」も最新バージョンにアップデートする必要があります。
・「シンク機能」のご利用によるデータ通信は、相互にパケット通信料がかかります。
・Bluetoothイヤホンをご利用中、シンクコールアプリでは音量を変更できない場合があります。音量を変更される場合は、スマートフォン本体またはBluetoothイヤホンで音量を変更してください。
・お使いのBluetoothイヤホンによっては通話中にメディアプレーヤーや地デジの再生音が聞こえないことがあります。
・地デジ放送は、画面シンクで共有することはできません。
・一部アプリのメディア音 (ゲームの音など) が共有されない場合があります。
・「シンク機能」は、お客様のご利用環境・回線の状況などにより、表示が乱れる場合や接続しにくくなる場合があります。
・VoLTEでの通話中のデータ通信は、4G LTEもしくはWi-Fiでご利用いただけます。また、4G LTEの通信速度が低下する場合があります。

Required to be able to access the camera device.
