It's a great app faster way but the thing is whenever I try to take a picture of my trash it exit me out so it won't let me submit. So for now I am going to give it two stars

So far, no good. About as useful for dealing with issues as the online form. I.e. not at all. Does not function.

I already love this app! It is so incredibly convenient for reporting issues without having to navigate to an external website. Just snap some photos, detail the issue, and you're done! You can submit claims anonymously if you wish. Additionally, you'll get emails of your claims & can check the status on the app itself. I love this & am so grateful for this!

Nothing more than an app that directs you to specific web pages. The Report an Issue section is moderately easier to use than the 311 website submission form.
