Good service so far, bought this phone in Florida with airtime card to use as a hotspot. This is a Tracfone running on T Moblie towers. While T Moble is one on the largest service providers in Alaska, and Tracfone and Walmart operate in Alaska, the Walmart Family Moble service is not available there. The Family Mobile app is totally worthless, provides absolute no accurate information.

New to this network but, they say that first impressions is what counts that tell you alittlle about them and how their reactions will be let me try this app first then I will know if I like it or not then will be able to voice my options on it and I'm no fool to fall for anybody offering me things I don't feel right about or don't need it's called being smart and follow your gut feeling thank you I appreciate this opportunity sincerely yours Edna Howell

If it will actually connect to the hotspot instead of the internet router it will make all my headaches go away

Great Value! Tethering is working fine now. They must have updated the service Mr. Vinson. When i made my previous comment in October I was told by customer service that tethering wasn't enabled. As per an email that i received; they have since that time enabled the tethering feature. A previous review dated 10/5/2018 by Laqqy states the same as I was stating at the time.

I think there is no place to enter my printer pin number or my password or printer ID so how do I use it to print when it won't work with my mobile phone. I am using Charter Spectrum Wi-Fi assist to connect and it won't work either. How much to get one that will wirelessly connect me to my wireless printer since their is no printer cable that works with my Android Coolpad Phone.

for everyone saying there's no tethering or hotspot that's complete b******* your tethering in your mobile hotspot comes right out of your original data so if you got a 9 gigabytes of data you get 9 gigabytes of hotspot all you got to do is turn on your hotspot configure it and bada the boom bada the Bing
