You need to fix this App now!!! Before I call consumer affairs. The app Deletes All contacts on child's watch plus the child's number off the app. Completely the opposite of what it's meant to do. SO DANGEROUS!!! My daughter has absolutely no way to get into contact with her parents, at a random time, doesn't even tell you the information is gone. You need to fix this asap before a child gets kidnapped or hurt and dies and you will be held liable because you've restricted the contact between child and parent. Android.

This is a good app and phone watch system. We have been using it for 6 months now with no problems except the gps sometimes needs refreshing. We like all the features of the app and watch but the friends part on the watch just seems to take up space. If you don't know anyone with another one it's useless and the calender feature is not obvious how to add things into.

Can not regret enough for getting this watch. Totally useless phone and app. In app watch is always offline and no way of any settings to be done. Can not test anything else but so far total disappointment. Should have got her some smart watch for this money she would definitely have some fun. No joy with moochies. Another girl unhappy.

Terrible GPS tracking. Shows my child is kms away from where she actually is and needlessly keeps sending me alarming texts about geofence breaches! Also the watch often goes 'offline' despite an active SIM plan and it is incommunicatable. I wish I had gotten a SpaceTalk instead of this crappy junk!

I recently updated to Android 9 Pie and the app stopped altogether. It was already struggling as it is, you can only use it as a basic functions. It's a shame.

Initially I was put off with so many negative comments but decided to take a chance after much correspondence with Moochies. Their after sales support has been great answering all of my questions. My daughter has used it for about 5 months now and it works well. Occasionally the GPS needs to be refreshed but over 90% it's spot on. It's either accurate or last known location vs incorrect location. Quiet time feature works well when my daughter is in school etc. Overall I'm glad I took the chance with the purchase. Just wish I could change the ringtone, no facility to do it but I've been advised this feature is coming
