App has been easy to use for me however from an IT Technician perspective it needs work. 1. A token code can be generated by any pin - no prompt to let user know they've entered incorrect pin leading to account lock out after multiple attempts. 2. Next token code option should refresh the timer rather than continue counting down from the previous token code.

When I close this app from the recent/overview screen (swipe up and hold gesture), it leaves a black foreground square in my phone which draws over everything and makes those screens unusable leaving me with one and only option i.e. restart the phone. It's been like this for a year now and can be reproduced on my device note 9 android 10 in a few attempts.

Sucks. It tries to import a secure ID token by scanning a QR code with the phone's camera. Doesn't work. It distorts the camera image so the QR code is unreadable. Other QR readers work just fine on this phone for restaurant menus and things like that. But a serious security app used by major businesses can't get it to work. Losers. Makes you wonder what else in this garbage app is unreliable.

Gets worse and worse every year. It fails to register multiple log in attempts everyday. I'm forced to sit waiting for it to time out.

When I imported this app on my new device I could not scan the code with the scan code option. Finally the import URL option worked. I am not sure why I could not use the scan option with my new device. I could use the scan optio with other applications like Adobe scan, Google lens, gpay etc.

Doesn't work with Oppo f19 pro. Camera doesnt launch at all. Not sure why this is not being fixed. Is RSA expecting us to change my phone? Too bad
