After upgrading to pro, live feeds fail to load. I will get an alert, but it takes three minutes or more for the video to finish processing. It worked flawlessly before so I'm trying to see what changed?? Edit: I've been trying for over two weeks to add a camera and the app freezes during setup, gives an error message that the app isn't responding, and then kicks me out. Fix these issues quickly, otherwise I'll give my business to Blink.

Update: 3 years later in the app is still completely worthless! The live screen where you talk to somebody keeps disconnecting from the Wi-Fi so I have to continually remove them from the house and push the red button to get them to reconnect. It stays connected for such a short period of time at isn't even worth bothering. I'm getting ready to remove it from the side of the house! I will never buy another Ring product...

I've been using Ring security for 4 years now. Until about a month ago everything worked well. It's turned into unreliable junk. I've got several thousand dollars invested into this. Right now I wish I could send it all back for a refund. The cameras miss motion, they give alerts without any motion at all. They pick up the motion but don't send audible alerts. The app has gotten super slow, and doesn't function right. This is really disappointing.

It works all right and has a lot of great options but the only problem I have is quite often when I try to increase the live view of a camera to full landscape mode nothing happens. The button doesn't even work. I have to force close the app and clear the cache constantly. I have uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. This is something that must be fixed

Latest update suuuccckkksss. I have ruled out everything on my end, have strong signal, everything good there. I keep losing rich notifications. Tech support was no help. My fix to the whole stupid thing is to uninstall and reinstall it every time I lose a rich notification and change the setting for pause app activity. Everything works great and perfect. For about 1 to 2 days at max then it reverts back to the way it was before and I do it all over again. Don't know why this can't be fixed.

Ring is OK, but not wonderful. Support is abysmal unless you want to buy something. My camera keeps going offline and the only way to reconnect is to PHYSICALLY push a button. Think about it - you are not physically present which is THE reason for having a camera...but you cannot reconnect your camera when you are not there - when you MOST need it on. Seems like a product design defect to me. The app keeps promising to give you the steps for remote reboot, yet you still have to be there. 😡
