Just used it to downgrade Android Pay to Google Wallet. Can't pay with old Wallet anymore, but that makes little difference as I could no longer pay anyway. At least now, I can manually pull up my royalty cards and even go landscape for a giant, bright barcode to scan. And I see there are still people leaving negative reviews without understanding what root is. It needs root! Don't know what that is? Don't install it!

Just tried this on my rooted Samsung Note3 with Android 4.4.2. It works great. I don't understand why others have issues but often folks get confused about rooting and such. It doesn't seem like the app is doing much of anything when you trigger the install but it is doing what it needs to do and it all just happens very quickly. This does nothing that any rooted user could not do via a command line, but this is way more convenient and that makes the author's effort worth while. Thanks!

Worked perfectly for me. Anyone having issues needs to do their research first regarding root permissions, file managers etc. Thanks to author, publisher.

This was useful when I had the chance to downgrade the Good app. The current version in the play store doesn't function. I used this app to install an older version while maintaining the apps data/info in the process. Thank you

Right after pressing "Install APK" button it writes "Successfully installed", with zero delay. Nothing changes

About this app

Since I realized you *can* downgrade your apps (install lower version over actual (higher) version of app) using android feature "pm install -r -d file.apk" yesterday, I got time and wrote small and simple app which does everything for you. Just pick APK and click on Install APK. That's it! -Pyler
(*ROOT NEEDED*)
-Have the apk you want to downgrade at HAND!
-Make sure you the app you want to downgrade installed already.
-Click select APK (The older version of the app)
-Then click install
I was give permission to upload this app on the Google Play Store.
