It was working for me before but now it doesn't even let me log in. It shows connection error and asks to try again, even though internet works. Also checked over VPN to confirm if its a problem on Australian networks only, didn't work. Please, advise.

This application is crappy. Don't work ever. Profile call is always red.No audio incoming out going. Hangs up 32 seconds after complete no audio waste of 32 secs. Mailed thousand times. They don't know how to fix it. I wonder why I still keep it in mobile. I guess I hope it will work someday. Fingers crossed

Company is not giving attention to it. You should resolve it's bugs/problems. Even after getting logged in when I try to call a landline number it made calls from my mobile network instead of app, which charge me money. Please sort these issues. I'm sure if this app got it's features working properly, it'll get you a lot of customers.

I have confirmed my phone number many times in different days and its been around three weeks now but still it says you need to confirm your number. Completely useless when your number isn't get confirmed even after confirming not once or two times but many times.

I have registered my details after which I received a call that my account is active. But still whenever I open this app it asks me to Verify my details through a CALL. I have registered my complaint at 1236, but still the app is not working! No follow up from customer service.

AOA. PTCL it is a great app, I used to like it when it was properly, now I can make calls on mobile only. However I can't receive calls. When I call on my PTCL from mobile, then after 3 rings, message pop up on mobile that call is diverted but call does not connect to smartlink and network error message pops up. Please fix it to help me make/receive call from anywhere. Thanks

Registration:
