When I tried to register it showed some error message. Finally got it to go through then the app asks for photo and contact permissions. No thanks!

App is poor and doesn't allow registering with email. Bad English.

I had the app and worked fine but had to delete it for malfunctioning. So, I reinstalled it and not it asks for permission to access my data which i denied and says needs that permission to work and then there is some writing in Chinese. That's a non starter for me. There is NO reason this app would need access to my contacts and photos. What changed? Last time I installed the app put in user and pw and off we went. Won't be using the app. Will stay with remote control

The app literally will not allow me to login. It asks me for my country (which I can select) and then asks for an email or phone number. Unfortunately there is no submit button or no way to scroll down to it. I was trying to install on my tablet but since I couldn't get it to work I tried on my phone which had a submit button but wouldn't accept my e-mail. I even went to their website and registered hoping it would let me login then and no it still won't let me login or sign up through the app! This is the worst app I've ever used and the functionality it was supposed to provide for my robot vacuum was pretty much the whole reason I got that vacuum. I can only control limited functions with the included physical remote. This app is the worst...

This app is a nightmare. Keeps kicking back my phone number and email address. Had to obtain code via email to technical support. Still didn't work. I installed it 4 times until I got disgusted. Technical support suggested I return the vacuum, which worked fine. Decided to make due with just using the remote but really piss poor app. HUGE FAIL!!

Lacks general information and No Contact telephone number. The app asks for a "Verification Code", one that Can't be Found Anywhere. I finally just entered the Product Number and That Seemed to help. We'll see as I have 5 more hours to charge and connect This App to Their (& now Mine) vacuum cleaner. Clearer instructions would be Much More Helpful!
