STAY AWAY! This use to be a good shopping app. If you didn't get what you paid for then customer service would give you a refund. Now, sellers will send you anything but what you ordered and get away with it. For my last order the seller sent to me sneakers that were completely ripped apart. Customer service stated I can return the sneakers for a refund and get reimbursed for the return shipping. LIES! Return shipping was $45 and they refuse to reimburse me or even give me credit (DHpay).

I was a little suspect at first, but my experience has been great so far. Got both of my orders great condition, quality items. Shipping took about four or five weeks but for the prices we're paying It's definitely worth it. I see people had issues with sellers which is unfortunate. I had no issues with my sellers. They were in contact with me the whole time and I tracked my orders to make sure that it got to my state. Once it got Texas I knew it was good to go. Let's gooo!

Not an easy app to navigate. Some sellers are not paying attention to whats being ordered when they ship your merchandise some are sending the wrong sizes, sending half made items and its not easy getting it corrected. The combination between some sellers are terrible. They take your money quick but not easy to fix if they make a mistake on your order.

I compiled a large list of sellers through the app for an item I needed. I made my selection based on price as well as advertised shipping times. I was lead to believe that I'd receive my order within a month at most. It took seller longer than that to process and supposedly ship the order, no tracking info has been given, and updated delivery time is next year!!! NO JOKE. No means of disputing no resolution, apparently I have to wait until next year when it is now supposed to arrive. Total BS.

The app itself is great. Find pretty much anything. The problem is with the sellers. Have 4 diff sellers and I've only received one item so far. Been waiting for over 3 wks and tracking still says shipped from partner facility. One says it's still in china!!! Would have given one star but the seller that actually sent my item was great keeping me updated with tracking. Unfortunately this will be my LAST purchase from dhgate. Unimpressed and disappointing. Sadly Christmas isn't coming for some

App crashes, checkout is sketchy. It doesn't have a PayPal option which is what I always use when it's my first time purchasing from an online store, but the item was a good deal yet not too cheap that it's an obvious scam. Immediately afterwards, read reviews and realized the app is only the start of the issues others have had, so was able to immediately cancel the order through my bank and deleted the app.
