This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing RPNGC on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.

About this app

This android application for the Royal Papua New Guinea Police Constabulary. The main functionality is to assist our policemen and women in the Northern Province of Papua New Guinea carry out their policing in the province. The main feature is the electronic occurence system for them to log all reports and act on them. This app is in test stage.

A big word of thanks to the Provincial Police Commander Mr Michael Welly for his foresight and for his wisdom is supporting us to deliver this. There will more features to add going forward with innovation.

This android app is for all the police officers on duty. Simple email and password authentication features takes you to the main page which houses the police station map for Northern Province of PNG in the long run we will add more police stations around the country.

The signature feature is the digital ob system to record and store and retrieve, A central repository at the Police station will be utilized for the upkeep of a so to be police private cloud system.

With the less dependability on data bytes we have a tracking feature to track police personal with this app as well their traveling or deployed cars for response purposes. Simply enable it by clicking the text up top at the label bar.
