Yeah definitely the thing I was looking for it just perfect but would welcome a update regarding the search of the file. I mean instead of address url box it should be proper navigation bar

I needed an app to run my saved HTML+JS files: my online browser won't; this tiny offline one does. The downside is that this app won't save webpages.

About this app

The default Android browser currently can't read HTML files from the SD card. I needed an app that could, so I wrote this one.

It supports HTML, TXT, and PDF (assuming you already have a PDF reader app).

This app is very simple and has barely any features. If you'd like to make it better, check out the homepage!

New features

- 2.0.1 - better icons
- Bump min SDK to 8 (Froyo)
- Add omnipresent URL bar
- Add omnipresent Open button
- Fixes for Android 4+
- Enable JavaScript
- Enable DOM storage

App Permissions

Allows an application to read from external storage.
Allows applications to open network sockets.
