Using BlueStacks

Does not work with new Samsung update. Has been broke for 3+ months. Bluegrass says they are still working with Samsung to fix. Most not be working too hard.

Does not work for me. Galaxy 8+. Messages do not show up. Went to Bluegrass and they reinstalled, reinitialized their end of it and 5 minutes later it still wasn't showing my calls. I just came over from an Iphone 6 and it is unbelievable to me that Samsung doesn't have a better way to handle voice mail. My next phone will be going back to Iphone. Missed calls can cost money.

Horrible! No notification of new voicemails until you go in and refresh the app.

This app doesn't work with my Samsung Galaxy S7. Tech support says it's a known issue with Android 7.0 and that they're working on it. Perhaps they're hoping I've been satiated with their assurances that they're "working on it" & I won't call back. This is a crappy, generic app with a generic icon. Bluegrass needs to pay someone to develop a provider specific app, since Glenayre apparently doesn't care to. We'll see.

Not sure what has happened. Was notifying sporadically of voicemails but mostly if I opened the app. But this last week it doesn't even acknowledge I have voicemails when opening app.

When our galaxy s7 updated the app quit working and still doesn't work. Some people need voicemail for business! Very upsetting!

Bluegrass Visual Voicemail is an application that presents users a visual list of the messages in their voice mailbox on their mobile device, and allows them to select and play a message with just one click. Customers can also delete messages, return a call, and update their personal greeting using the Bluegrass Visual Voicemail app. Some of the advanced features of the Bluegrass Visual Voicemail include replying via SMS, forward voicemail to email, and managing user’s greetings. With Bluegrass Visual Voicemail, end-users can access their messages using the visual interfaces they have grown to love on their smart devices.

To use this app, you must have the Bluegrass Visual Voicemail feature added to your account.

Dial *611 from your Bluegrass Cellular device or 1-800-928-2355 from any phone to add the Bluegrass Visual Voicemail feature.
