This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing MobiLinc Pro on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. We have a weekend home, deep in the Maine woods, it sure is nice to have the lights on when we get there! This app makes this possible. I recently had a problem and the developer responded very quickly and was extremely helpful. EDIT: I just found out how much better the iOS version is, why can't the Android version keep up?

Been using this for a few years. Now it seems the app never works and I have no control of my lights. I cancelled my subscription and am switching all my devices over to Wemo. The app is free, allows remote access away from home wifi, and it actually works.

I have no idea why everyone supports ios and android gets the left overs. This app fails horrible compared to the ios version. It has basic capabilities at best. If their was any other app that supports isy, I would drop this app in a heart beat. Till that time I guess we're stuck with this second rate app. On another note I just discovered Agave. This app is so much better than this. Yes, it still missing somethings but the developer is constantly addind to it.

Used to work great. Lately it's become very unreliable - as others have noted - I often cannot control any lights from the main page...I have to go into the actual settings of each device to control them. The interface is also getting a bit long in the toith.

This app is trash, I wouldn't ever buy it again. Andriod is missing so many features compared to IOS. If you go on the mobilinc website most of the modifications and advertised features are only available on the iphone but been promised to android for years with no results.

Oh great...now what did you "fix" that caused the android desktop widgets to break and show a little red button? I'm using an ISY994 with it. Worked fine until about 2 weeks ago. Wish i could get a refund for this crappy app...I hate to look like I actually endorse it or enjoy using it.
