Unable to register as disclaimer page launches the browser from which there is no way to tap agree.

The app is okay, but I feel it's unnecessary and not very useful. It's quite annoying to have to register for it and when I finally got to sign in there was no information about my property. It just mentioned that it'll have weather alerts, but the HK Observatory app is a better app for getting lots of HK weather info.
