I like it, however it really could use an overhaul on the entire system. what I mean is: make it easier to search SPECIFICALLY for Kindle unlimited or prime separately. make so it's easier to find certain things with keywords. albums for books to be in that you like and separate them by your own titles. those are just a few suggestions. I have others, I don't know if this will ever be seen by someone who can actually do something to implement these things or consider it at all.

I've always loved to read, and for years I had a kindle that I brought everywhere. But then the USB C became the norm and I couldn't be bothered to buy a micro to charge the kindle. This app allows me to read again, with all the books I owned on kindle, read or not, new or old. I'm thankful this app exists. Great app. Get it.

The app stopped loading my books several weeks ago. Was getting very angry that I couldn't read what I'd paid to own, just like a bunch other people with the same problem. The developer contact info was wrong. I just uninstalled and reinstalled the app. It seems to be loading books now, but of course all my settings are gone. We shall shall see how long it keeps working... Guys, you and I have been doing this a long time. I expect better.

You would think Amazon could make an app that works right. I've been using it for years and it has always been plagued with issues. 1. Frequently doesn't save last read location. When you restart, it often starts many pages earlier. 2. When you press play on an audio book, it often starts at the beginning instead of where you actually are in the book. 3. Occasionally, it's ability to download and play your audio books does complete. Can only restore by uninstalling and reinstalling.

Great app, when it works. Uninstalling and reinstalling when I've downloaded an audiobook, just to get it to play, is a hassle for sure. It happened again today for a book I paid extra to listen to. Amazon had no problem taking my money, but the option to download the audiobook is nowhere to be found now. So here I go again to uninstall and reinstall. It's ridiculous! Fix it already, Amazon! You're a gigantic company. Surely you have someone who knows how to correctly program this app.

Turn your phone or tablet into a book with the Kindle app—so you can read anytime, anywhere. Explore these reading features in the Kindle app:

- Read your way. Customize your text size, font type, margins, text alignment, and orientation (portrait or landscape)—and choose whether to turn pages from left to right or continuously scroll. Read comfortably day and night with adjustable brightness and background colors. Go to the Aa menu in your book to get started.

- Track your reading progress. See what percent of the book you’ve read, real page numbers (for most top titles), and how much time you have left in the chapter or book based on your actual reading speed.

- Bookmark places you want to revisit, and make highlights and take notes throughout your book. Open My Notebook to see all your notes in the same place.

- Hop, skim, and jump with Page Flip. Flip between pages or get a bird’s-eye view of your book with Page Flip—don’t worry, we’ll save your place.

- Zoom in on high-definition color images in Kindle books, magazines, comics, and manga.

- Sync your books across devices. When you’re reading a book, the Kindle app will automatically sync where you left off—along with any bookmarks, highlights, or notes—so you can start reading on one device and pick up where you left off on another.

- When you can’t read, listen. Switch seamlessly from reading your Kindle book to listening to the Audible book, all within the Kindle app.

- Get notified when authors you love have new releases.
