Download Smart Life instead - it actually connects to Google Home! The app looks identical to this and is confirmed connecting to Jetstream bulbs/outlets. 2.4ghz only! Get far enough away from your router to have phone switch from 5 to 2.4 for setup. Setup all there, then move them to where you want.

Bought a two pack of the wifi outlets a month ago. Just got around to installing them, come to find out one won't get power and can't find even a website for Jetstream let alone a way to contact them. The other one that does work works great. And even let's me monitor how much electric I'm using. I'm still disappointed that 1 out of 2 does not work. And no way to get in touch with the company for them to make it right.

Unable to connect to Alexa! There are no bars on the home page for me to follow instructions and connect.

I tried several times to Link a pack of 4 smart bulbs to Google home account, after linking and going back to Google home, it doesn't show up in the linked account list.
