i cant seem to be able to sign up for classes even when they are longer than 30 minutes and after having signed the new terms and conditions (and having an active peak membership). Also, the challenges are a sham as they put a cap on what you can do in a day; basically meaning you have to show up to the gym most days in a month to have a chance of winning anything. The app is almost basically just a glorfied calendar.

My daughter downloaded the app because our location is promoting how "great" it is...except that when she scans her barcode or manually enters her membership number, she repeatedly receives an error message that "We're sorry something went wrong. Please try again later." We have tried on multiple different days.

Just joined this Greenares location and nothing but aggravation since, went in on Saturday to get my bar code, could not find me on the system after about 15 min, they found me and I got my bar code. I asked for class schedule it was not online, took pic at front desk, I went back today to begin taking classes at 9AM, was stopped again, said I needed to schedule group classes, download app and its saying try again later....beyond frustrating at this point.....

I recently got a new debit card and need to update the expiration date and security code but I keep getting a message saying "Unable to Update payment option" Edit: I contacted Crunch Support and they helped me update my payment info. I'll change the review to a 5 star for the quick response.

Constantly errors since the update. You can't check the location if the crunch class you signed up for because it errors. Could you add a filter function by time so if we're only looking for evening etc classes we dont have to look through all the morning and afternoon offerings? Also please add the zepp app for fitness watch synchronization.
