This program is grate But I want to share my experience using this app for 6 weeks: When u use this app for a 1 time for example "full body exercise" after ending the period of 28 days if u want to continue the exercises u have to reset the pro and its become from the beginning again but after 28 days excercise you're an advance or maybe an expert. it was better to continue the program for more than 28 days and make the exercises harder and dificulter than before u use that for first 28 days.
