Terrible app, call quality is inaudible, very distorted.... So have to settle for no signal. WiFi calling just works native with ANY handset on EE....Three just like to treat SIM only customers like second class citizens as they won't send a simple setting to enable.

Part 1 Had problems initially but these were solved when I opened the port on my router to allow the inbound traffic through. Now, apart from the odd WiFi drop off the app works very well and reliably. I'm happy. Part 2! British Telecom updated my fibre broadband and I've had problems with this app since. It seems the App is using IPv6 rather than IPv4 and it now rarely works on my Oreo Nexus 6p. Inbound calls are silent when answered and outbound calls never work the first time, only on redialing 30 seconds later do they connect. It might be I've a firewall problem on my Dreytek Vigor router but with no information available anywhere it's difficult to fault find. Any chance of some tech info as to how this app works and connects so I'll be able to fathom what's going wrong. Thanks! Chris

Used to be perfect on my Xperia Z2 but after upgrading to a Samsung S9 on the Three network it force closes every time

We were in the process of looking to switch to the only provider which provides network coverage in our area and then we found out about this app. Works perfectly and automatically uses the app if I try to call someone and have no network coverage. So we get to continue our great tariff with 3 and no longer have to change to a more expensive rival! Just which we'd known about this months ago

Whilst I try and use the app for when I have no reception, I keep forgetting that I need to go into it to see if I've got new texts or missed calls. For me to score this app higher, it'd definitely would have to be synced with the main incoming/missed/outgoing calls and same for texts. On multiple occasions I have not remembered too check this app and, therefore, not seen missed calls/voicemails /texts. Other than that, a good app to use when there's no reception but WiFi is available. Just hope that you're not as busy and forgetful as I am!
