本行動裝置應用服務為桃園市政府經濟發展局與中華電信合作推動經濟部「4G智慧寬頻應用城市補助計畫（第一類-悠遊城市類）」之專案成果，擬提供桃園市政府經濟發展局一套專有的系統，讓政府行政服務結合4G寬頻與行動裝置，達成民政更便捷、服務更精準、服務無櫃台、服務更主動，行動裝置應用服務以工商登記的服務為核心，運用4G行動寬頻，搭配影像、影音服務平台，以商工行政登記業務為範圍，將申辦業務更透明(手機辦得到)、申辦資訊更便捷(手機影音客服)、申辦業務主動化、行動化(行動申辦櫃台)、政策資訊服務需求更主動(行動多媒體資訊平台)，等主軸與既有資訊系統及成熟訊息服務平台整合，使得為民眾提供更主動、更便捷、更精準的工商登記服務成為可能。
本行動裝置應用服務功能包含有：
1.預約申辦：您可預約「市府臨櫃」以免除等候時間或預約「行動工商」服務，就近至服務據點辦理工商登記，減少交通往返的時間。

2.照片上傳：市府臨櫃申辦案件時，如有相關證件未備齊，可利用此功能上傳後，由市府人員協助列印。

3.等候資訊：您可透過查看工商登記申辦叫號情形與等待人數，瞭解等候狀況並即早規劃行程，減少等待時間。

4.市政資訊：您可經由此服務瞭解市府最新政策措施、近期舉行活動資訊。
