Our company switched us from Intercom to Gorgias and it's made my life living Hell. It feels like I'm trying to use a platform through my phone's browser instead of an app. Clunky, slow, impersonal. Zero stars!!!

Uhm so using/editing macros on the app is impossible, it won't pull in saved images in macros either?? I can't refund a customer or do anything else. The only thing it's probably useful for (for some people, I guess) is if you want to check in on how many unassigned queries you can probably. Hope it becomes better!

Gorgias is an awesome plateform... On computer or iOS. There is quite some room for improvement here. Constantly logged out, not refreshing tickets fast enough. Opening a link from Slack sends me on the mobile version, not on the app...
