This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Alpha Smart Office on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alpha Smart Office delivers Unified Communications (UC) services (voice and video calling, IM, presence and corporate directory access) to an Android phone or tablet. This mobile app can be deployed as a user’s primary communication app or in concert with other Smart Office clients or standards-based SIP phones/devices.

The mobile client can ring concurrently with other clients/devices so users never miss a call. Leverage the Call Grabber feature to effortlessly move live calls from one client/device to another.
