Using BlueStacks

Unable to Login to App since last month after I got the installation done. It always says "Wrong Password". Internet through RJ45 CAT5 Cable (LAN) and Wifi works fine as promised. There were few hiccups after new installation but it was resolved & now its working smoothly most of the time. If App Login issues & customer service gets better then it should get 4 stars. Please sort out the App Login issues.

Worst experience. No proper support on the issues raised. Plan switch of dates a mandatory followed up on however there is no followup for complaints raised nor resolutions your tickets are closed without issue being resolved. Android app is pathetic it has no user friendly usage. It doest allow you to access unless you enter a mobile number. And your registered mobile number never recieves the OTP 😂😅. Not recommending anyone coz of the sevice issue.

Worst app and Internet service. The internet is off since yesterday. Tried raising a complaint ticket, it is giving "error 500" seems they have intentionally turned everything off. Only one customer care contact number is given, which always tells that their executive is "busy" talking to other customers, even if you call at any hour. There is no way to contact these people.

Worst service and pathetic app. All feature in the app are coming soon from last 6months. Do not understand why they developed this app. Will not fix the problem when a complaint is raised through the app neither answer the calls made to customer care. Last but not that least internet is not working from last 40 days but still no one takes care of it,but spams us with calls and messages when we are close to the renewal,what will we do by renewing when there is no internet.

My internet is down and I'm not able to raise a ticket for the same through this app. It is returning with some http response error while raising a service ticket. It is gravely affecting our work from home productivity. They have all their lines busy for the customer care executive and I have been trying from days I don't know what's the issue with them but even after paying for the services you expect to deliver promised speed and no connection lose

Worst app.They have provided option to raise ticket which never works we have to call customer care for service after waiting in long queue. If we recharge using this application then we have to call customer care or visit office to inform we have recharged. Worst application I recommend all not to use this worthless application. I would request Google to remove this worthless application

About this app

Description

The Gbps Networks App is made exclusively for our subscribers.It can be used for Android OS 5.0 and later. Using this app an existing Gbps Networks subscribers would be able to:

Renew broadband account :
A subscriber can renew broadband account by clicking on the renew now button on the home screen. Payment can be done through credit / debit card, net banking or can put in a payment pickup request to the collection team for making a cash or cheque payment.

Upgrade existing broadband package :
A subscriber can upgrade existing broadband package by clicking on the Upgrade Package button on the home screen. Following options are available
Next renewal :
Subscriber package will be scheduled for upgrade when his current plan expires.
Immediate :
Subscriber package will be upgraded to the chosen plan with immediate effect and no adjustment in the amount.
Conversion :
Subscriber package will be upgraded to the chosen plan with immediate effect and with adjustment in the amount previously paid on a pro-rata basis.

Put in a payment pickup request :
Subscriber can put in a payment pickup request with the company. A date and time can be selected through the option and the same is captured and conveyed to the collection team for further action.

Register a complaint :
Subscriber can launch a complaint through the app.

Get notifications :
All notifications related to renewal reminders, pickup request status, complaint status and value added services will be visible under the notifications tab of the app.

Self Resolution:
Self resolution helps you to identify your problem and resolve it too. You can now resolve your incorrect password , log off and mac id issues here. You can also launch a complaint from here in case your are unable to resolve the issue on your own.
