Awesome To everyone saying that it isnt effective, workout needs vary from person to person. Either you havent worked out long or hard enough, or you just havent figured out the right plan yet. Best free exercise app. Even if you dont receive immediate results, you at least know youre growing stronger. For the other 70,000 of us, we are so much happier with our bodies. Love this app so much.

On the ads its about dance however in the actual app it's not. It looks as if its been made by someone in highschool, its poor quality and your better off just using YouTube videos. And don't get me started on how many ads there are, it may be free but they still want it to become a successful app so what did the owners do?? It's set up so every thing you press an ad pops up. You spend more time closing the ads than actually exercising. Complete time waster. Travelling to the sun would be quicker

Love the app but wish it connected to Google fit accurately. Always have to input the calories burned on my own as it doesnt accurately transfer the information. ALSO Would love the option to customize my workouts to focus on cardio or other areas. Even to lengthen to workout. Maybe options to add more stretches too I am obsessed with this fitness app and would love to see improvement

This Is a really well done app, works great, the exercises are well distributed, and it really does help you lose those pesky calories or fat, on your tummy, thighs or butt. Again its a great app, and I recommend getting it if you dont even if your not necessarily overweight, the app even has night and morning stretches

I love this app very much ... I use it everyday. Im starting to see some change and the voice also helps. It gives you different workouts for your problem areas. I also do the morning warmup and the night one before I sleep I forgot what its called but yeah it makes working out fun.
