এক, সাধারন ব্যবহারকারী, সাধারন ব্যবহারকারী বলতে সাধারন জনগন, ব্যবসায়ী কিংবা জনপ্রতিনিধি যারা ব্যক্তিগত উদ্যোগে ত্রান দিয়ে থাকে। তারা তাদের ত্রাণ কার্যক্রম ব্যবস্থাপনার জন্য এই মোবাইল এপ্লিকেশনটি ব্যবহার করতে পারেন। এখানে উক্ত ব্যবহারকারী কাকে কাকে ত্রাণ দিলেন তার ছবি সহ, কবে তাকে ত্রাণ দিলেন , কোথায় ত্রাণ দিলেন এবং ত্রাণ হিসেবে কি কি দিলেন সেটার ডাটাবেইজ মেইনটেইন করতে পারবেন। এমনকি একই ব্যক্তি যদি ২য় বার ত্রাণ দেয়া না হয় সেটার ট্র্যাকিং এখানে করা হয়েছে। 
দুই, সরকারি কর্মকর্তা, সরকারি কর্মকর্তা (যেমন বিভাগীয় কমিশনার,জেলা প্রশাসক ও উপজেলা নির্বাহী অফিসার) হিসেবে যাদের মাধ্যমে সরকারি ত্রাণ কিংবা অন্যান্য সুবিধা দেয়া হয়ে থাকে তার সঠিক ব্যবস্থাপনার জন্য এই মোবাইল এপ্লিকেশন ব্যবহার করতে পারেন। তারা মূলত এই এপ্লিকেশনে এডমিন হিসেবে কাজ করবেন। উপকারভোগী কিংবা সুবিধাভোগীদের তালিকা আপলোড করবেন এখানে। ডিলারদের মাধ্যমে কিংবা জনপ্রতিনিধিদের মাধ্যমে এই কার্যক্রম পরিচালিত করতে হলে প্রয়োজন সেই ধরনের ব্যবহারকারী তৈরি করতে পারবেন। এডমিনের ইউজার নেম, পাসওয়ার্ড পেতে ০১৭১৭০৫৮৯১৫ নম্বর যোগাযোগ করুন।
তিন, ডিলার। এডমিন কর্তৃক তৈরিকৃত ডিলার।তারা সংশ্লিষ্ট এডমিনের কাছ থেকে পাসওয়ার্ড সংগ্রহ করে ওএমএস এর চাল বিতরন করবে। এবং সেই চাল বিতরনের তথ্য সংশ্লিষ্ট এডমিন(উপজেলা নির্বাহী অফিসার, জেলা প্রশাসক, বিভাগীয় কমিশনার) তাদের মোবাইল থেকে দেখতে পারবেন।এই মোবাইল এপ্লিকেশনের সুবিধাসমূহ গুলো হলোঃ
১। এখানে আলাদাভাবে কোনো কার্ড প্রিন্টিং এর প্রয়োজন নেই।
২। এন আই ডি কার্ড স্ক্যান করে উপকারভোগী আইডেন্টিফাই করা যায়।
৩। এপ্লিকেশন থেকে উপকারভোগীর তাৎক্ষনিক ছবি তোলার ব্যবস্থা যার ফলে প্রকৃত উপকারভোগী যাচাই স্বচ্ছ হবে।
৪। ত্রাণ কিংবা প্রণোদনা বিতরনে দ্বৈততা পরিহার হবে।
