I used to love this app. Initially, probably about two years ago when I started using this app ot was very simple and had a couple of features. You could track your mood for free, which I've done every day since starting this to keep myself grounded, and the others were paid. This year they updated, added lots more, every single thing but the mood was paid content. Now with the newer update even that is a paid feature. They offer no free services at all for mental health now, which is disgusting

I used to absolutely love this app. I had the $44 yearly subscription (my currently subscription would end next year), but with the new update it blocked me all the features saying that the price had increased and now I'm supposed to pay $107 to unblock the features. I get that you guys are trying to improve the app but you could've at least waited until my current subscription end to then charge more or block everything, or just give the option to choose which type of subscription we want. 🙁

I used to love this app as a way of getting my feelings out without an actual therapist, but ever since you guys started with the new update(s), it's gotten so much worse. The fact that you have to pay for pretty much everything now and the completely different layout in general just doesn't fit for what you guys had going in the beginning. I was hoping to get help for free but I suppose even that isn't a possibility now.

I no longer find this product useful for mental health. I supported this product back in late 2019 with this review: If you already have some experience with therapy (especially cognitive behavioral therapy) this is a great app for helping you put it into practice. I went from being someone who "did their homework" maybe twice a week to once a day, or more on hard days.

Update: i am so disappointed in this app but have been using it for three years. Every new update has made the app worse and worse. They need to go back to basics. Now the app is like every other app/ service out there. Used to be unique and helpful now it's cluttered, ugly, hard to use, and prompting me to pay for services i can't utilize on every page. It's a damn shame. I'm ready to delete youper. WYSA stole your original idea and is doing it better. why your ratings suck. LEARN SOMETHING.

Used to love this app. It felt like it was checking in and I felt like I was able to sort out my feelings. I really miss the way it checked in. Now I just get brought to an add screen. Sold out to the point of not even being the same app.
