Our customized programs are supplied only after a thorough postural and movement analysis, which is conducted remotely via the use of this app along with a personal consultation with your trainer via phone or Skype.

We have a special interest in getting you moving again if you have recently recovered from injury, or have some ongoing niggling pain or loss of strength or mobility that is preventing you from returning to a sport or activity you love.

If you are new to strength training or if you have been sedentary for an extended period of time and you want to get moving again with minimal risk of injury, we would love to help you. We will select the best exercises for you and teach you the correct technique with a focus on improving the quality of your movement. This will enable you to complete your exercise programs with confidence.
