Mind:
When you workout there is this small little voice that we call "Mama" that likes to come with us sometimes to a workout session. You know the voice; The one that says no baby your tired you cant go an extra 5 minutes or do 10 more push-ups just relax and don't go so hard. LEAVE MAMA HOME WHEN COMING TO WORKOUT!!! I promise we wont kill you but we will push you to your limit. Being mentally strong is half the battle to winning in the gym and life. Body:
Let's get this out of the way. During the workout your going to hate us (and that's OK) but after you've completed your session your going to love us.
Even as trainers its hard to push ourselves to the limit sometimes but you don't have to worry about that because that's our job, to watch you and use our training and expertise to insure your getting the best results from every movement.

Soul:
We are Christians and we are not scared to show it (although you may call us the Devil during a session from time to time lol). We don't push religion on anyone but we do believe in connecting with a higher power greater than ourselves.

1 Timothy 4:8 says "For while bodily training is of some value, godliness is of value in every way, as it holds promise for the present life and also for the life to come."
