Voice and Video Calls
Speak to anyone in the world with an internet connection or a phone number. A hassle-free integration of our quality voice APIs will help you create more personal & trustworthy conversations with your family and friends. With voice calls, you can talk to your friends and family for free, even if they're in another country. And with free video calls, you can have face- to-face conversations for when voice or text just isn't enough. Aerogramme voice and video calls use your phone's Internet connection, instead of your cell plan's voice minutes, so you don't have to worry about expensive calling charges.
Read Receipts
Users get notifications when their messages are delivered and when they are read. Read receipts boost engagement because it encourages users to reply soon after reading the message.

User Blocking
Reduce spam and improve you users’ messaging experience by allowing them to block other users. When a user is blocked, they will no longer be able to send messages to that user. This module adds a new block button to the user profile screen. Blocked users will not be able to call you or send you messages through Aerogramme. Your blocked contacts will not know that you have blocked them.

Contact Book Integration
Allow your users to connect with their contacts. The contact book integration module allows the user to search their contact book and add friends who are also using the chat. This module adds an additional screen which lists users who match phone numbers or email addresses found in the contact book.

End-To-End Encryption
Secure your messaging platform with end-to-end encryption. End-to-end encryption offers the ultimate level of security and secrecy. All messages are encrypted with the Ed25519 Edwards Curve Digital Signature 256bit Algorithm. The encryption scheme supports single and group chats as well as multiple devices per user account. Some of your most personal moments are shared on Aerogramme, which is why we built end-to-end encryption into the latest versions of our app.
When end-to-end encrypted, your messages and calls are secured so only you and the person you're communicating with can read or listen to them, and nobody in between, not even Aerogramme.

Audio Messages
The audio message module allows the chat to send and receive audio messages. The send button is replaced by a microphone icon and the user can push and hold to record a message. The recipient can then play the audio from inside the chat view. Sometimes, your voice says it all. With just one tap you can record a Voice Message, perfect for a quick hello or a longer story.

Typing indicator
Users get a notification when another user is typing. Typing indicator supports single and group chats.

File Messages
Allow your users to send file messages to each other. Files can be uploaded from the Android File Picker and then viewed or saved from directly from inside the chat. Send PDFs, photos, videos, music, documents, spreadsheets, slideshows and more, without the hassle of email or file sharing apps.
