Fun and creative app. However, I'm not happy about the new profile layout. 1. The profile photo should be on the left of the page. From a web designer's perspective, a person's face should look towards the center of the page, whether it's located at the top left corner at the top of the profile or its attached to the left of the verbiage for a post. 2. I don't like that I have to use the down arrow to reveal all of my profile. You seem to have shortened this space from the previous revision. Hope you take my critiques seriously. Thanks. Everything was working fine until one morning I woke up and my feed was empty, the entire app was empty "cannot refresh feed". You are a billion dollar company, bugs of this scale should've been purged decades ago. I know I'm not the only one with this issue, you're getting millions of complaints since yesterday and still nothing?

I have used Instagram for a few years now. I have 3 accounts on my app, but recently my main stopped working. My other 2 accounts work just fine, but as soon as I started using the app more, my main account that I like to spend my time on completely refused to load. I have logged out, uninstalled app, and cleared the cache, but nothing has worked. I would rate 5 stars if this problem would get fixed because I really enjoy being on the app otherwise. Now I can't even load my feed.

It has lots of bugs. The new update ruined the audio of the reels sections. I am not been able to watch videos of other content creators. Its obviously becoming frustruating. I used IG for many years. Its becoming worst and worst after new versions.(More ads, the feed would not refresh, THE AUDIO DOESN'T FREAKING WORKED ANYMORE). INSTAGRAM PLEASE FIX THE ISSUE!!!

With every new update, we get more bugs than fixes - with dark mode for instance, portions of the app still appear in light mode, which is bare annoying, beyond that, half the emojis are missing or duplicated, making them unusable, sometimes media just won't send, when they do there's bare distortion in their quality and these are but a few of the bugs. Do better Instagram

I seriously had no issues with Instagram until I upgraded the app yesterday and ever since then, even though I didn't engage in any activity that might have caused this, I've not been able to like any post this affected all the accounts I manage. And since today, you guys keep deleting my post on my main page saying it goes against your community guidelines, even though I made the exact same post on another page and nothing happened. Please fix this issue. It's seriously affecting my business.
