After install nothing but pop up adds all over my phone even when not using app. This is a waste of time. Take off the stupid add pop UPS and it may be a good app.

This app is getting a very low review because it keeps forcing itself open with "reminders" even though I turned that off. Really starting to pick me if!

Its a good app with dificult workouts, but it wont let me close the workout notification and it sometimes opens randomly which I dont really care for. Otherwise, its a great app.
