This app is amazing! I am always looking for new exercises for my shoulders and not only did this app give me new exercises but it also shows and describes how to do the exercises so there is no question about posture or form. It's also really cool because as a former trainer I know that the way you breathe while working out is super important and it also tells you how to do that
