Péssimo..fiz duas denúncias sem sucesso. Os funcionários do metrô nunca atendem ou estão dormindo! Governador acorda!!!!coloca esse povo pra trabalhar!!!

Este aplicativo não presta pra nada. Embora o conceito seja ótimo, já reportei problemas 5 vezes, descrevendo textualmente os infratores e inclusive enviando fotos deles, mas nunca apareceu nenhum funcionário do metrô. Inclusive, em 2 desses 5 atendimentos o chat foi encerrado assim que o iniciei: não deu tempo de enviar texto, foto... Nada. Funcionários preguiçosos = aplicativo inútil.

Parece que o aplicativo quer expor você, não deixa acessar sem permitir acessar dados do seu celular, pede autorização até da alma do usuário, horrível e ainda é obrigatório. Fica difícil te ajudar assim metrô.
