Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing WORKSPACE MOBILE MAIL on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. About this app

View your workspace mail from your android phones.

Now you can view your workspace professional emails using this application. The application fetches mail using "Internet message access protocol (IMAP)". We also have added two modes i.e. heavy and lite mode and you can use whichever is suitable for you. Both works independent of each other.

Issues: Few people were complaining of issues. Let me tell you that for the first login it may take some time to sync the mails. It depends on the size of your inbox. We've got few complaints because of this. Pls check before marking any comments/feedback.

New features

For enabling sync. to notify emails, do the following,
Step1: Settings > Account settings > Fetching mail. See Folder poll frequency, Poll folders, and Push folders. To change a folder’s class, long-press on the folder and select Folder settings.
Step2: Settings > Global settings > Network > Background sync.
