Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing HubMobile on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Update: still crashing 7/2/24 no fix in sight. App crashes almost daily Devs don't care . Which logs me out and causing big problems at work.... F.. useless. Grey text on Gray background unreadable while working in daylight. Apple version has better layout and design. And no Grey text on grey background , how about you fix it.

Better rhan some aystems. But iphone allows users to see costs/payments. Android doesnt. Why is that?

Whoever designed this was a cockwomble. The thing doesn't seem to understand that a driver cannot always come to an instant stop, to fiddle with his phone, before the app times out and The Operator, if he's not asleep / indisposed, has to resend the job. Make the Timeout 3 mins.

Designed to interact with our core FMS system, HubMobile is a dedicated handheld solution that enables drivers to communicate with and receive work from dispatchers while updating their progress.

HubMobile allows drivers to:
- Send and receive messages to stay connected with dispatchers throughout your shift.
- Accept job assignments, update dispatchers on job progress, and complete pre‑start checklists.
- Manage fatigue and breaks

- Capture signatures as proof of delivery

*Note: HubMobile is specifically designed for drivers employed by courier companies using Hub Systems’ FMS software. The app’s core functionality depends on continuous foreground location tracking to ensure that dispatchers have up‑to‑date location information. Without a working FMS installation, or if location tracking is disabled, the app will not function as intended.
