After several months with Show Mode Bluetooth unreliability, I find Lenovo lack of interest in fixing this issue disappointing. As such I no longer use Show Mode. Hence the $100.00 docking station a useless additional cost.

The app is promising, but has some significant flaws. For one thing, it disconnects and reconnects to the Bluetooth in the dock periodically, which is annoying. Then it is separate from the main Alexa app, meaning it behaves differently and some things Alexa does, this app doesn't. Plus it makes no sense that it's required to have location enabled to pair to the base THAT IT IS DOCKED IN. Everything just seems harder to do than it seems it should. Like I said... Promising, but not quite there.

Issues, issues, issues! In addition to the bluetooth and other problems highlighted by others below, the latest update has also broken Alexa's timers so they no longer work ( looks like some sort of conflict between the version of this app and the latest update of the actual Alexa app). They could at least keep up with the release cycle of the real Alexa app. This is just utterly useless. LENOVO - PULL YOUR FINGER OUT! I'd give it no stars if I could.

It's ok - got around the Bluetooth disconnects. If you enable developer mode and use Bluetooth 1.5 it helps. Disconnects still happen, but much less frequently. Don't know why Lenovo can't do like everyone else and just keep it connected while in range. Other than that, it's an ok tablet. Not very fast. But not super slow either

The constant connect and disconnect of the Bluetooth to the dock has made me regret ever purchasing this tablet. If it worked right it would have been a great purchase but I have learned from this experience that I won't give the little guys a chance anymore. I'll stick with the big name companies that fix problems asap.

This worked well when I first got my tablet, but it now is so bad it is useless. Constant connections and disconnections. This either needs to be corrected or Lenovo needs to plan to buy back all of this equipment. Class action suits are the inevitable result if they do not do one or the other.
