Kindly tell me what happened to the 75,000 paid through thia app since October last year for nepa bill. Up till now the money hasn't reflected on the nepa bill. Called their customer service agent, they keep on telling us they are working on it. As at now, they are not picking up our calls neither is our chats n text messages been replied. If it is possible ur company will be given zero rating. This app is highly not recommended.
