This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Instant NFC WiFi + Notify on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.

INSTANT NFC WIFI + NOTIFY

When I have someone scan this tag it tries to open google play as opposed to setting up wifi on their phone... Is there any way to have it connect to wifi without an outside app? Edit: Thanks for the response Dev! Too bad that there is no accepted handler yet, but the app does exactly what it promises

When a tag is scanned with a phone that does not have this app it simply opens the play store and does not setup the WiFi

About this app

Easily provide your friends and family with WiFi access. No need to remember long passwords! Features:
