It's just horrendous. Have to use it because of work like most people because of covid. The sound quality of the calls is awful, and working with elderly clients you really need it to be as clear as possible. Transferring calls is like spinning a roulette wheel, so I take down details and email the person too just in case it doesn't go through. I have to restart the app/my phone multiple times a day, as I suddenly stop receiving calls. I'd rather sit in a perspex box in the office all day..

We use this app as working from home to transfer the calls from the office to our mobiles. Can't click directly on the directory contacts, often gets cut off during phone calls and sometimes doesn't even ring. I'm surprised the rare times when it works fine.

Have had to use this app for work and it sooooo bad, while it can call people and hearing isn't an issue you just don't receive any calls. Logging in is always a nightmare and just doesn't work most of the time.

A lot of calls are being dropped and transfers are dropped as well. We've uninstalled and reinstalled couple of times and it's the same. A bit annoying when we are WFH!

Could Be Better. Poor connection, cuts out other person when another call comes in, can't hear them, too much static noise. Sometimes cuts calls when transferrung

Thanks to covid I've had the misfortune of having to use this app for work. The biggest issue I've had is transferring a call. Hit transfer and the phone locks, unlock it and the call is minimized. Hit transfer again and it lists the extensions but you can't press any so you have to search them. Then its pure luck if the app will transfer or die and leave you on a ongoing call thats unresponsive. Its much quicker to just get the person they want to call back.
